..been reading a lot recently that the batman in the new Batman v Supes film will be a fair bit older...to tie in I guess with TDKR comic, so I am wondering where does that leave Batman as a character for any future films? Will he get ANOTHER Batman begins type movie. If not I cant see where we go from here with the next Batman film whenever that comes along...

Either Ben affleck will get his own solo series (hopefully not) or DC will have batman movies in a separate continuity from the MOS universe or they will do batman beyond movies (which is unlikely)

I'm hoping they'll just make a movie where he's already been around for a while and the origins of both him and the majority of his villains have already happened. Maybe use some flashbacks to fill in details if needed, though it's not usually needed if you just inform the audience about the characters personalities and history through their dialog like almost every non-superhero film ever made. I have no idea why they always want to do another origin story; if not for the main character than his main villain. Every Batman movie so far has been the origin of either Batman or his next villain. I'd love to just see a movie where that's already out of the way so we can focus more on the meat of the story.

I think they'll just go straight to Batman after a Justice League movie (alongside all the other characters.) But then again we don't know what Warners is planning.
