Here comes another all-new episode of Batman: The Brave and the Bold. At least it's new in the U.S. This episodes has aired overseas and has probably already been seen by some. "Time Out for Vengeance!" premieres tonight, September 23, on Cartoon Network at 6:00 p.m. ET/PT.

In order to save Batman in the present time, the Justice League International must travel to various eras in time and aid that era's Batman who is being hunted down by minions of Batman's old foe, Equinox.

Here's some video clips courtesy of Warner Bros. and Cartoon Network.

"That's what she said." Oh man.

== TEASER ==

If that wasn't enough, how about some Caveman Batman?

And if those three video clips weren't enough to make you want to watch, take a look at all the images we have.

Oh my.  Those robot Batman pictures are going to be so useful on the forums. ^_^  I'm so glad they're still doing super hero cartoons.  Loved them while growing up.

I still don't like this show. It feels to friendly and joyous, and to mild for Batman.

I love DC shows!!!!

@Neverpraying: Agreed. It seems they tried to combined campy Adam West Batman, with an ounce of "gritty", and failed horribly. I'm sure others will disagree, but this Batman series just didn't do it for me...

I'm going to really miss this show. I love all the comic book references. This episode alone we have a bunch of references to Grant Morrison's "The Return of Bruce Wayne" and the villain, Equinox, who is a warped version of Libra, founder of the first Injustice Gang. Never did like that this show got so much undeserved hate, because it is great fun and did a good service for DC by including so many obscure characters, referencing DC story arcs, & paying homage to the Silver Age stylistically.

I'm just glad we're seeing the debut of Rip Hunter in an animated show! The voice cast is as follows:
-Brian Bloom as Rip Hunter and the Creeper
-John DiMaggio as Aquaman and Hellgrammite
-Nicholas Guest as Martian Manhunter
-Jennifer Hale as Ice
-Grey Delisle as Fire
-Will Friedle as Blue Beetle
-James Arnold Taylor as Guy Gardner
-Tom Everett Scott as Booster Gold (with Billy West as Skeets)
-Diedrich Bader as Batman, Robot/Caveman/Pirate/Gladiator Batman
-Odhed Fer as Equinox

@geminisama: Ounce of gritty? This show had more deaths than Batman: The Animated Series!

Plus, the "campyness" actually came from Batman's Silver Age of comics, not the Adam West series. Clearly you don't know much about Batman's history.

@Neverpraying: Clearly you didn't see "Chill of the Night".

So this is how they planned to play with the Return of Bruce Wayne stuff... FUN. Blue an Gold joke right in the cartoon. Plus Rip Hunter~ ^_^

watching as we speak. I like the fun nature of this series, and it's made even better with the league involved.

There are so many cool characters in this one that it's hard not to love it :)

Its not so much the camp it took as it is the silliness, and i love the show for it
