E3 kicked off today and with it comes a glorious look at the new Batman game! We already know they can make a stunning cutscene and we've seen a few screenshots, but now we're getting a far more detailed look at the gameplay. The video shows off some basic combat, new equipment and a detective mode which can rewind a crime. Also included: a first look at Bane and glimpses of how Roger Craig Smith and Troy Baker sound as the Caped Crusader and Joker.

Looks like more Arkham, which I'm completely fine with. It sounds like, from the little bit we've got in the trailer, Smith and Baker will be doing their best Conroy and Hamill impersonations in the game.

I'm not entirely sold on Baker's Joker. Maybe I need more time to listen to it, but I think there are better Joker voices.

Holly crap, this is great. Rodger Craig Smith is alright, wish it was Greenwood. Troy Baker, wow, if I didn't know any better I would have thought it was Hamil. Of course there are differences between voices.

Finally an actual gameplay trailer.

They're not Hamill or Conroy, but I can't say I didn't see it coming (especially in Hamill's case), and I don't think they're atrocious. They're pretty good.

Like the new gadgets and features and stuff.

I really don't mind the voice change, considering that it's all going to be set into the past. Awesome gameplay trailer though, especially like the gadgets that we'll get

Agreed. I too wish it was Bruce Greenwood voicing Batman again. But Roger Smith still does a good enough job.

Don't worry, they are using the same graphics engine they used in Arkham City. I am sure it will look great.

Animations don't look good at all, not to mention the graphics... gotta say I'm disappointed.

seen more gameplay of this game then the deadpool one, and deadpool is out what? two weeks?

Anyone who has a problem with those voices needs to see a proctologist. Cannot wait for this game!

In other news, I can't believe no writer or artist ever has Batman gliding and grappling before these games. I've never understood the swinging around like Spider-Man.

Smith is doing great, after watching it a couple of time he feels threating. The thing I liked about Greenwood (fav bat voice) is that he sounded threating, at least when he was talking to Jason in the bathroon. I for one am not a big fan of Conroy.

@limpoyzloan: Don't like Bane with a mouth. Never did. Not sure I like I the voices. I just hope the game is fun, which I think it will be. Maybe not as good as Arkham City was story wise, but I bet the over all game is just a lot of fun to play. I just hope they keep all the cool stuff like predator modes etc. I love being to just go back and run around as Batman.

I think the Arkham games are one of the few where more of the same every two years is something I'm okay with! Still excited for the secret Batman project that Rocksteady is working on!

The VOs aren't bad, I can adjust to them but man I can't wait for this game

Thank God they didn't use the Joker voice actor from Injustice.
