Is it just me, or does Scarecrow have an accent all of a sudden? Or was that someone else talking to the Arkham Knight over the comm?

Also - 2:30 in the video. Batman has some kind of boost rockets on his feet, you can see a flash, and then he jumps higher. That combined with the bomb mention, and the Arkham Knight's military history with mercenaries...
