I liked Batman: Arkham Asylum more than either City or Origins. The former was just all over in terms of storyline, wasted an awesome version of Hugo Strange and generally felt like a half-assed effort, or at least, that Rocksteady weren't really trying with City. And the latter, well - I liked it more than City, and it actually made me feel like Batman, but I miss Asylum's claustrophobic atmosphere and haunting music (I hated how they Zimmer-fied it in City).
Plus, I liked the ability to pick up a dude and toss him at a group of his buddies. And speaking of combat, I loved how "realistic" Asylum's combat sounds were. When you punched someone, it actually sounded like punching, instead of someone slapping a pillow, like it did in City.
And quite frankly, Asylum still has the best boss fights. City only really had the Mr. Freeze fight and the Clayface fight as stand-outs, while Origins only had Firefly and, if we're counting the DLC, Mr. Freeze.
