I love his art and i love his art in the whole book i just dont like how he actually draws batman. he looks too cartoonish or something to me and i just dont like it. I love how he draws other characters but the bat costume just doesnt look good to me. Anyone else feel the same?
Batman
Character » Batman appears in 23649 issues.
Bruce Wayne, who witnessed the murder of his billionaire parents as a child, swore to avenge their deaths. He trained extensively to achieve mental and physical perfection, mastering martial arts, detective skills, and criminal psychology. Costumed as a bat to prey on the fears of criminals, and utilizing a high-tech arsenal, he became the legendary Batman.
Am I the only one who doesnt like how capullo draws batman?
I like how he draws the entire series and all the other characters and i especially love Bruce with his buzzcut. The bright, vibrant colors are really working for this storyline. I do not dislike the way he draws batman but it is my least favorite part of his art. The cowl and face looks a little weird to me.

The gloves throw me off too. like it looks like he has talons and that just seems weird to me
@bigtewell: what you said applies to Chris Burnham for me. I won't not read a book by him, his style just isn't my favorite. I don't know how to describe it other than 'cartoonishly gritty'.
I don't like Greg Capullo's Batman either, way too cartoonish. I can't wait for some other artist to take over the Batman series. The perfect Batman artist imo is Jim Lee.
But hey, that's my own opinion, I respect everyone's opinion.
I know this is coming from the Johnny Bravo logic.
Legs and arms looks weird because the chest size.
I have problems with overly massive Batman.
I kind of agree, he honestly doesn't draw him bad at all, but there is something just slightly off, but it doesn't bother me! And of course, Jim Lee draws the best Batman.
No you're not the only one. But, it's not as bad as the art work in The Long Halloween. I personally didn't like that art.
I love him and his trap fetish.
His Batman has some godd**m Tom Hardy traps.
Capullo and Kubert are my favorite Batman artists.
im not fond of his jaw structure for batman..... even the capullo line of action figures really shows how batmans jaw just looks awky to me.
compare to the the art of Batman eternal. no contest
