What did anyone think of them?

I think my favourite ones were the second one and the last two.

Gotham looks amamzing in anime.

I just finished watching it......my faves were #1, #4, and #6.

Although, I really didn't like the animation in the first story too much. The last three were the best stories, IMO.

I wanna see a Batman anime series now, if they can keep it in the same style as the last three stories? Yeah, I'd watch that.

i frickin' loved it...

i'm going to post a full review tomorrow but my absolute favorite has to be "Push through the pain" (title?) the one where he keeps having flashbacks to the Fakir Cassandra...

i loved that and the animation really surprised me...

i've got to say, the entir setup reminded me so much of the old Batman: Black and White stories they did, especially the first one with the 3 childrens different takes on Batman...

Wonderful stuff, if you haven't seen it yet i highly reccomend it...

i'll post a full review tomorrow with screenshots of each storyline so you can have a feel for what sort of animation goes with which storyline...

M

Yeah, "Working Through Pain" was one of the best.

I look forward to your review, I wanna see each of the chapter's animations so I can compare them!

I finally got my review posted.  Took me almost as long as it did to watch it.

And yeah, I'm now kinda excited for Wonder Woman.  I like Keri Russel but Nathan Fillion is da man.  I like that they've changed Diana's appearance slightly to make her more...exotic.

Exactly.  Bravo to DC for not going the cheap-o route with these movies.  They're really putting the talent behind them.  I think it helps that everyone seems to want to be involved in superhero stuff.  Good for us.

I'm just  glad that there not taking the money route, because animations like this, Superman/Doomsday, Justice League: New Frontier were all great to watch. And I'm not to much of a fan of Wonder Woman, but am looking forward to that animation.

Batman was perfect for the style of animation.  I hope that there is some plans to do more batman anime, because there is so much great things that can come out of it.

I did NOT like gotham knight. I thought it was boring as hell. The only half decent one was the last one with deadshot. I am soooo glad I rented it and didn't waste 25 bucks.

sure did

Batman and anime are a strange but perfect combination, all (except of the one with killer croc and scarecrow) were really good, love how the anime helps show that batman causes fear in the enemies.
