Not Man of Steel but... 0

I am not going to give a summary for this movie, I´ll only describe my overall impression. Judge for yourself whether you consider this a spoiler. If you want to know more about the plot, feel free to ask me about anything, though. So Batman v Superman finally had its premiere in my country and the first reviews mostly claim its a catastrophe like Man of Steel. They are wrong, but at the same time this isn´t the Dc superhero movie we´ve been waiting for. Purists absolutely are g...

    A Knightmare 4

If you are looking at this piece for purchasing information, I will be blunt. DO NOT BUY A TICKET TO SEE THIS MOVIE. It’s not good on multiple fundamental levels but in order to explain that, I basically have to spoil the darn thing. So read on if you want to know my feelings of why this film is such an utter complete failure of a movie. If not well my caps should make it clear how I feel.Directed by Zack Snyder Produced by Charles Roven Deborah Snyder Written by Chris Terrio David S. Goy...

    Was that it? 3

In major aspects the movie is good enough to not be a bad movie, but also failed to provide any major moment to make it a good movie and what was supposed to be the selling point of the movie (the fight) didn't stood out either. The positives:- Batman. This is by far my favorite incarnation of Batman in any movie (besides the animated ones). The beginning of the movie does a wonderful job showing why Bruce Wayne is a real hero and also succeeds in making you understand his viewpoint for the rest ...

    Loved it 1

10/10 and not lower then 8/10 .. how the hell 3/5= 6/10?!?!? I loved it, Finally they made Batman fight like Batman, and Doomsday in the trailer looked like shit but in the movie .. damn they made him good.Yes the movie jumps around from character to character, but overall it makes sense. This is a cinematic version, there are tons of stuff for fans. be open minded. This movie is a mix of "Superman: Doomsday" and "Batman Dark Knight Returns Part II".The Battle between Bats and Supes was amazing, ...

Talk about a “head-scratcher”. As a warning, I am going to try and be as ambiguous as possible while writing this review but there might be some very minor spoilers. For starters, I admit this is a very impressive, very ambitious film. There are two ways to look at this movie: As a comic book adaptation and as a sequel. As a comic book adaptation I’d say it’s on par. The movie was filled with fan-service that should be satisfactory for comic book fans. Still, I believe tha...

    ...sigh... 8

(This is not much of a review. Just my quick and unprofessional thoughts)It was a very middle of the road film. There are some good and some bad. It has a lot of problems and sometimes misses the mark on what makes these characters in the comics. The characterization and plot points were my main issue. If you have seen all the trailers, you didn’t miss much. Batman and Wonder Woman were my favorites. Ben Affleck's Batman was almost perfect. If only he wasn’t Bat-Punisher. Please giv...

The Dawn of Something Greater 0

Batman v Superman Review (with possible spoilers) OK, so here we go. As you all know, I’ve been heavily anticipating this movie ever since I saw Man of Steel in 2013 and loved it. I’m going to start by saying my overall feelings right off the bat (pun intended): the critics are off their rockers for this one; Dawn of Justice is an amazing film! The story was a good one. It seamlessly combined two of the most iconic story arcs from the comics – The Dark Knight Returns and The De...

    Brilliant 1

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is an excellent and action-packed film with plenty of interesting plots and an exciting introduction to Wonder Woman! I particularly liked the way Lex Luthor was played as a mad character and less of a serious one. Overall, an awesome film....

I am not a professional movie reviewer but I have been Batman fan and movie watcher for years. Here is my thoughts on the recent Batman movie. It was ok, it was not terrible but was not great. Yes I full thought Ben Affleck was a great Batman. I just thought I the movie dragged on. Also there ws no need to for Doomsday in the movie but I do understand that it was being setup for the Justice League movie. When it comes out DVD I will be adding it to my collection....

The V stands for "Very Bad" 0

After the two and half grueling hours of Batman V Superman slowly unwind, your mind desperately attempts to find anything about the film you want to like. Surely a movie starring the two most iconic, wonderful, storied comic book heroes we have ever had would give us something to enjoy heading out of the theater. Instead this broken, garbage fire of anti cinema illustrates everything wrong with film making in the 21st century. Hateful of fans of comics and movie goers, Batman V Superman: Dawn o...

It's the first of its kind. 0

I enjoyed this movie, it was plesent to see Batman (human) take on superman (god). The plot was good. There's only one little time I would love to see, if you remember that animated movie the dark knight returns, that fight between Batman and superman was epic. Doomdays was fine, I just wished he never came out in the tralier. There were somerhings here and there I'd love to see, and it would be superman going all out on an enemy that's a challenge, like I'm superman vs the elite. And I think it...

Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice 0

I think this is the DC comics fanboy in me when I say that I love this movie. But for real, it was pretty slow and there wasn't as much action as I wanted. I think this version of Doomsday was pretty bad and looked like Killer Croc mixed with one of the new Ninja Turtles. It was a good movie to set up Justice League, Flash, Wonder Woman, and other heroes. I liked the overall feel of the movie and Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor was awesome. So This was a pretty good movie but not a good comic book...

It's really amazing movie... Just like how I wanted my favorite characters to be potrayed on big screen... Most people don't seem to understand this movie but believe me when you do.. you can't do anything but just love it.. These heroes are setup in real world which is really impressive thing to do with them and love how they tackle thier problems... Specially Batman's arc is really impressive... Although the controversy with justice league is really and I will love to see Snyder Cut and these...
