Ok, so let's get down to biz here.

Batman Thrillkiller `62 is just one of those rare pieces of perfect work that Dan Brereton gives to the comic audience, even though he's not a mainstream artist and his style is far from "Average" Or "Simplistic", Batman Thrillkiller relies heavily on the art style... Chaykin delivers a solid Elseworld with great chracters and interesting and sometimes funny one-liners (remember that we're reading a noir-esque book) So, The revamping of costumes, chracters and a Gotham city in the 60's are just bits of what Batman Thrillkiller truly is.

What is the nice about the Thrillkiller universe is the look of the book.  Dan Brereton really does a great job on the art of this book to capture Howard Chaykin's street level pulp crime universe set in an alternate 1961-62 time frame.
