    Probably the First frozen villain was The Icicle. He made his debut in 1947 against Alan Scott, and was created by Robert Kanigher and Irwin Hasen. Alan Scott, Barry Allen, Firestorm and Batman each have a cold-themed rogue. Cold temperatures work well for evil. Sometimes for good. Mostly for evil.This is true for Mr. Zero. His first crime is almost an equinox. Using a a heat setting on his fantastical gun, he super-heats a safe, then quick-freezes the safe door, shattering it! As they make thei...
