Lazy and overweight, Tweedledum has no fighting skill at all. Along with his cousin Tweedledee, he relies on his cunning and ruthless strategies in order to commit crime. Along with Tweedledee, Tweedledum often works alongside the Mad Hatter in Gotham City. The trio are usually beaten by Batman and Robin.

Costumed as a bat to prey on the fears of criminals, and utilizing a high-tech arsenal, he became the legendary Batman.
Maxie Zeus was an ordinary human and a gang leader who believed he was the direct descendant of Zeus, the king of the gods. He would create the New Olympians and was a one time lover of the Harpy. He is an enemy of Batman.
Aleister Crowley was an English occultist, poet, novelist, and the founder of the religious philosophy of Thelema. He was infamously known as "the wickedest man in the world", and is thought of as the most influential occultist of all time. Crowley has been frequently portrayed in various forms of fiction.
A super-villain who uses his superior mind and dreaming powers, centered on an invention called the Materioptikon, to commit crimes.
One of Batman's most recurrent enemies, Jervis Tetch (A.K.A. The Mad Hatter) is obsessed with Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, basing all of his crimes on the novel. Jervis is often depicted as a joke-villain but is a serious threat to Batman with his powerful mind-control technology.
Formerly the D.A. of Gotham City, Harvey Dent was an ally of Batman and Commissioner Gordon until he had acid thrown onto the left side of his face by a mob boss, scarring him for life. The incident drove Harvey insane and he became Two-Face, obsessed with chance and always carrying a double-headed coin, which he flips to determine his every decision.
James Gordon is one of Batman's first supporters, helping him fight against crime and corruption in Gotham City. He eventually rose to the rank of Commissioner in the Gotham City Police Department, and continues to be one of Batman's greatest allies.

The Joker, Clown Prince of Crime, is Batman's arch-nemesis. An agent of chaos known for his malicious plots, wacky gadgets and insidious smile, he has caused Batman more suffering than any other villain he has ever faced. His origin, name, and true motivations remain a mystery.
