Plot Summary
Poisoned by Two-Face, a struggling Batman enlists the help of Commissioner Gordon to stop Two-Face from contaminating Gotham City's water supply. But that's exactly what Two-Face wants, as Harvey Dent takes his "Jekyll & Hyde" serum to the citizens of Gotham, leaving Batman and Gordon helpless to stop him!
