Hey guys i have a question about the new 52 batman inc.

I havent read the old stories (before flashpoint), but i find the new 52 batman inc. very compelling, so i wanted to know if this is also a brand new reboot of the storyline or does the old pre-flashpoint batman inc. story have any influence on the new 52, if it does can anyone bring me up to speed on the story so far?

If you have the time/money (and assuming you already haven't) I'd read Morrison's run from the beginning.
