Named after the Shakespeare character, Titus is Damian Wayne's pet Great Dane, given to him by his father, Bruce. He is a stalwart crime-fighter in his own right and a member of the Super-Pets.
Little Raven learned of his native American past from his father Man-Of-Bats. Raven has modeled himself of all the robins of past including Dick Grayson, Jason Todd and Tim Drake. Not only are his physical training and unarmed combat up to par with robin but he has knowledge of medicine.
Along with his sidekick, Raven Red, he is a Native American member of the Batmen of All Nations.

Ra's al Ghul, whose name translates to "The Demon's Head" in Arabic, is the centuries-old leader of the League of Assassins. He sees humanity as a cancer poisoning the Earth, and seeks to eliminate most of them in order to stave off environmental disaster. He has clashed frequently with Batman, whom he hoped to make his successor.
Pet cat of a possible future's Damian Wayne, a.k.a. Batman. The cat is named after the now deceased Alfred, butler of Bruce Wayne. He makes his first appearance in the main continuity in Batman Inc #6.

Freight Train is the former bodyguard of Simon Stagg. Eric Moran used to fight alongside the superhero team known as the Outsiders. He is now in the Dead Heroes Club, an offshoot of Batman Inc.
At the age of nine, Timothy Drake cleverly deduced the identities of Batman and Robin. Four years later, after the death of Jason Todd, Tim convinced Batman that he should be the new Robin. He would later become leader of Young Justice.
Jason Todd was the second Robin, until he was brutally murdered by the Joker. After he was resurrected, Jason learned Batman didn't avenge his death. Anguished and seeking vengeance, he initially turned against his mentor and father figure and took on the Clown Prince's former identity: the Red Hood. He eventually returned to the Bat-Family and assembled a team of anti-heroes known as the Outlaws.
Harvey Bullock was once a corrupt GCPD cop, until he turned over a new leaf and made a conscious effort to be an honest lawman. He is now one of Jim Gordon's most trusted officers.
Alfred Pennyworth is Bruce Wayne's loyal father figure and butler. Alfred raised Bruce (and later Dick Grayson) after the death of the Waynes. A former British secret agent, Alfred is a skilled surgeon who often treats members of the Bat-Family.
Halo is the fusion of a human body and an Aurakle, an ancient energy-being of iridescent color. Bright as the stars the beautiful young woman now calls herself Violet Harper, an entity in human form. Halo was a founding member of the Outsiders.
Knight is a British vigilante and member of the international crime-fighting group, "Batman, Incorporated". He is usually referred to as the Batman of England.
Beryl Hutchinson was the third person to take the identity of Squire, serving under the Knight, Cyril Sheldrake. After Sheldrake's death, she took up the mantle of the Knight herself.
James Gordon is one of Batman's first supporters, helping him fight against crime and corruption in Gotham City. He eventually rose to the rank of Commissioner in the Gotham City Police Department, and continues to be one of Batman's greatest allies.
Talia the daughter of Ra's al Ghul and the heir to his worldwide criminal empire. Talia has been both lover and mortal enemy to Batman, and is the mother of Damian Wayne otherwise known as Robin.
