This issue had something to laugh at on nearly every page. From seeing Mark Hammil as an actor playing the Joker, to seeing Dini and Timm themselves as depressed writers forced to sell crappy toys. Even an Animaniacs parody! This is why I love the work of these two.
While trying to make money to return to Gotham and finish the plan, things change when the duo hear news of a movie about them and the actresses portraying them. They go to Hollywood to sabatoge the project and steal the multi-million dollar budget backing it, but Harley starts to have too much fun taking over the project.
After it's revealed by the news that multiple actors playing Batman are injured on set (I wonder why?), the real Dark Knight investigates.
This was great.
