It's Batman vs. The Joker vs. Onomatopoeia in one of the craziest Batman adventures you've ever read. Will Batman be able to uncover the relationship between The Joker and Onomatopoeia in time to keep them from destroying Gotham City? Or are these villains too much for The Caped Crusader?

Maxie Zuess has developed a drug called Chuckles based on the Joker Formula.Joker is far less than happy about it, so he seeks revenge on Maxi Zuess. At the same time Batman is using the Joker as bait to draw out a new hired gun named Cacophany, who was hired to take out the Joker. It seems the View Askew crowd are creatin quite a good little story here.
One that is just a little bit more racy than your aveage Batman comic. However, it also gets so gritt in the art and the story, that you can really start to believe that the characters as written, would truly inhabit this world. Thus making this a really good second chapter in what I hope t be a very good trilogy.
