Maxie Zuess has developed a drug called Chuckles based on the Joker Formula.Joker is far less than happy about it, so he seeks revenge on Maxi Zuess. At the same time Batman is using the Joker as bait to draw out a new hired gun named Cacophany, who was hired to take out the Joker. The dialogue is strong in this issue   as it is obviously written by kevin smith. Onomatopoeia continues to be a good villain in the dc universe and i do find it kind of amusing that he says the sound effects. Not a bad issue but i do have problems with the artwork for some reason i just can't take the art seriously.    ...
