Witness 100 BULLETS creator's Brian Azzarello's & Eduardo Risso's unique version of Gotham City in this collection of the acclaimed BATMAN #620-625, featuring a new cover by fan-favorite artist Dave Johnson!

Bringing the same neo-noir flavor and gritty realism that have distinguished 100 BULLETS, red-hot writer Azzarello (JOHNNY DOUBLE, Banner), Eisner-Award-winning "Best Artist" Risso (BATMAN: BLACK AND WHITE, JOHNNY DOUBLE) and cover artist Johnson (SUPERMAN: RED SON) weave a Batman tale that both haunts and thrills. A dead woman's body is found in the Gotham Landfill, and as Batman delves into the case, he reflects on the dark city he has made his home. He knows - or thinks he knows - who the killer is, but when the truth is revealed, the Dark Knight might not even know who he is anymore.

Batman runs into some new criminals in Gotham before finally getting to the bottom of the murder case which proves Angel Lupo's innocence and the shocking culprits identity. After solving the investigation, Batman learns the Joker has been ...
