Probably, no one has really a clue of what's going on, and that's probably why Morrison's style of writing is awesome... first of all, when the Batman RIP stuff began, i wasn't that keen about it, proably because of the rampage that happened through the first two issues, nightwing on Arkham, Bruce Wayne being a bum, and Alfred got beat pretty bad, by this black glove (whom i know nothing of) guy that made a GREAT appearance through issue 667 to 669 in the "Club of Heroes" Arc. anyways, Batman RIP Arc just got better after this third issue, where everyone figures out that our Bruce Wayne has gone completely INSANE.

Lets face it, if you read this book, you've probably come to realize that Grant Morrison is nuts. However, nuts in an awesome way. I was always wondering to myself, "When is Batman going to get real high and make a technicolor dreamcoat?" I wonder no longer. This book is nuts, Batman, forgetting he's Batman, becoming homless, doing drugs, then becoming homeless/drugged out/gargoyle talking Batman. Most of the time, in this storyline, I have no idea what the hell is going on, and you know what? I'm not pissy about it for once. I'm enjoying the insane ride that Morrison is taking me on.
Tony Daniel's work gets better and better with each issue. I could give two craps about the Alex Ross cover because I get so excited about the work inside. That and I'm sick of Alex Ross. Daniel does great, straight forward work, and his depictions of Bats in this book is awesome. I've seen old Bats in the shadows millions of times, and Daniel's work in this book is the most memorable to me.
The only real criticism of this book is that I have no clue what is going on, as I said before. Maybe I'm just stupid.

An excellent issue,Morisson is really doing a great job here, clearing a little bit the skies, but still having your mind all messed up.
I love the way he shows batman's insanity, talking to those gargoyles or thinking that a destroyed radio is his high technology bat-gadget.
The only thing i didnt like so much was the (don't remember what's it called) batman little conscience flying over his head...
P.S:Where exactly did you see robin team up with Damian in this issue?

Yeah. Batman's REALLY lost it. Even his number one fan, Bat-Mite, is telling him that he's off his rocker. But even so, it's helping him see through the Glove's bait to get him into the deathtrap that's Wayne Manor.
Elsewhere, the Glove has taken over Arkham, giving the new Joker his chance to kill off the Bat-Family.
Other than the out of his mind Batman, the only one that can stop the madness now is Robin, who called his allies that I have no idea about.
I'm liking where this is going.

In this issue we discover that Batman set up a different personality through self hypnosis, on the just in case he was mind controlled. It is this personality that is running around beating the tea total hell out of the criminal element. The thing is, i have read a whole lot of stories dealing with Batmans mind being tampered with. Not once did he turn into some crazed version of himself. I think he is being called the Batman of Zun or some sorts. Needless to say i think the story has gone of the rails with this issue. Let us hope it gets back on track in the latter issues. Especially considering the strong beginning the story had.
