    In short:Batmans second year of crime fighting continues, and his adversaries get even more exotic. Although Huga Stranges experiments have been halted, now a new threat arrives, a psychopath who believes him self to be a vampire...What worked:I was not expecting much of the first book of Dark Moon Rising, and this was supposed to be worse. But it is the perfect sequel to its predecessor.It shows how Batman tries to focus on his war on crime, but is constantly side tracked by either his suspicio...
