    You know. The one with Bane's venom?
    If he is im glad hes back as an actual character.
    It makes me want to read this, but i havent read Streets of Gotham since #1... so should i just read this or should i read stuff before this?

    I don't know what, but something about this review seems a bit sedated.
     
    On the show Mythbusters, they showed that you can't imprint a mark on the human face  where it could be so easily seen without utterly shattering the skull. Flesh just isn't that pliable. Bruising is semi possible.
     
    There is also no way you could so perfectly decorate your face with your own blood with his fingers. Not to mention what G-Man brought up. Getting blood in the eyes impairs your vision.
     
    To keep the mask on. All you need to do is look to the Hollywood red carpets. The very same technology that prevents many a "wardrobe malfunction". Double stick tape.

    did anyone think the zsaz, characterization was sorta like the Ledger Joker, the ending monolog about how he thought he would die, and zsaz seeing himself cut up in his death vision.  Which was AWESOME.  I loved the last couple pages.

    I started reading Streets of Gotham but dropped it because I am so new to the DCU that most of the characters who appear there are not familiar to me...

    @G-Man:  I think the term for the type of adhesive used for masks is called spirit gum tape or spirit gum adhesive.   Actors, opera singers, etc. use it when they have to wear masks and costumes for their roles.  Could be wrong but I think that's what it is.  
     
    Please use more of AHR when possible.  I also like it when you rotate  staff or other persons to join these reviews.

    Not busting your chops by any means, because I sat here for a solid 5 minutes trying to remember what that stuff was called myself and I don't have any cameras on me.  I think it's one of those things that is on the tip of your tongue or you know what it is but just can't always remember.  
     
    I think it's helpful to remember it because..Ha!..The Spirit wears a mask that is similar to Green Hornet, Green Lantern, Robin, Nightwing, (he predates them all) and looks like it can't stay on his face but it stands to reason he is using SPIRIT gum adhesive!!  *Pun already exists!!!*
