I mean... after all those panels in Batman Rip... he actually took his mask and called Jezebel, while she was calling Bruce ...

They were both standing right there!!!!

After RIP and all the jazz, I think it's safe to say he knows. He just doesn't care.

i thought he always knew but Bruce Wayne means nothing to him, all he wants is The Batman.
