Frank Quitely is still on break, he is only drawing the cover. Philip Tan is taking his place and drawing the interior Art. First off, the Frank's cover just looked a little weird. When I saw the face of Flamingo I instantly thought of a Alfred and Commissioner Gordon. Issue 5 is the best in the series.
