Judd Winick comes in as the next in what has become an ever-changing creative team for Batman and Robin, and he comes in with a new Jason Todd story picking up where Grant Morrison left the character off.Jason Todd's recent history with DC is an interesting case and has led to many people declaring that Winick is the only writer who can truly write the character.
