From beginning to end, I have to say that the floe of this single issue was absolutely amazing. Having my doubts with both Dick Grayson’s character and the recent issues that I believed to be dragging in the horrors of a developing clichéd concept, how surprised I was when getting the chance to catch the first part of Tree of Blood: Dark Knight vs. White Knight. The Good: The opening scene is written beautifully. Now that Morrison's run is over, and the Batman Family is just now settling into its new status quo, it's nice to start of the next era in this series with a scene that takes the full brunt of the emotions and slashes it down onto 3 pages.
