Hit Them WIth The Taser Web!

    The Story So Far

This issue is just an all out Melee. You have the police and all the Robins fighting off all of Terminus' goon. Batman pulls out the augmented Batsuit from the Batmobile and goes toe to toe with Terminus. Terminus' suit has a timer on it and when the clock runs out it appears that both he and Gotham have run out of time.

Robins! Okay technically only two Robins and Nightwing and the Red Hood, but Robins! It was cool seeing them all fight together, even if it wasn't against each other. And the scene with Robin and Nightwing was awesome. It made me like Nightwing a lot more. He tells Damian what I think most people have thought about him since the whole series was rebooted.

Same as the last issue, this one was filled with some great panels. I am a fan of Batman having some kind of glowing bat on his chest. He just looks like a bad ass when just his eyes and chest are glowing. I am a fan of this suit. The panel with the Robins looking up into the sky is very epic. If I have another son, I might make my boys pose like that in a picture some day. Great art all around.

Terminus' plan wasn't very original and we've scene it before, but the issue was entertaining enough to make that matter less. When batman gets the augmented suit out of the Batmobile it looks like regular suit from far away and then once he has it on, its a cool robotic suit. That inconsistency just bugged me.

    Your Job

I can highly recommend the entire run of Batman and Robin of the new 52. This issue is definitely a pick up and I would recommend at least getting the last two in order to get all of the Robin War material. It was a lot cooler than I first thought it would be. I wouldn't say Batman and Robin is better than Batman, but in some ways it was been more entertaining, if that make sense.

This is a good issue even if the story overall has been a bit staggery in direction. I personally have been liking the direction (overall) that Tomasi has been taken and I also like Gleason's art.I like how this issue has a lot of action straight from the start. It's quite quick passed and I like how we see Batman dragged from his element and having to improvise and employ on the spot tactics to try and beat Terminus. I also really like how in the last few issues all the previous Robin's have be...

Though the new 52 Batman and Robin hasn't been as great a run as its predecessor. The clash of the Robin's sub-story is amazing. Morrigan's run was alright and this new guy Bane...Terminus... is an alright villain at best. The GoodJumping into 12 we see Batman and Damien getting electrocuted by an enormous bat signal....(read the first page in dim light as it hurts to look at). Aside from the glowing blue page 1 the art is wonderful. A bloodied and beat up Batman a few pages in makes you think th...
