    I expected this to be as good as Batman: under the red hood, but apparantly not.

    As a newly, self-developed comic fan of batman, it's been quite difficult to decide what to read. This one's lack of emotion foreshadowing really annoys me. Maybe the next one I read won't disappoint.

      Let's face it, "A Death in the Family" isn't one of the most popular books written about the Caped Crusader.  Nor has Jason Todd (or what they decided to do with him after his death) really been considered a cornerstone to the Batman family.  In this four part volume (which celebrated it's 20th birthday last year) we follow Robin on a cross-country journey to find his real mother.  Jason meets up with several women, none of whom are her.  When he finally meets up with his real mother, the story ...

      Batman has noticed that Robin is acting very strange. He's far more aggressive than usual, so Batman believes that he still hasn't gotten over his parents deaths. He moves Robin to inactive status which doesn't sit well with the boy at all. He soon leaves the mansion and heads to his old neighborhood in Crime Alley. From there Robin goes on his own personal mission. -summaryBack in the mid 80's DC had began its universe anew with the storyline Crisis on Infinite Earths. This 12 part story ended...
