The guest team of writer Mike W. Barr and Michael Avon Oeming bring what could be The Dynamic Duo's greatest challenge as "The Penguin Turns The Tables" and "Batman Shows He's Able"! Batman and Robin think they have trapped the cagey bird with a unique, one-of-a-kind umbrella commissioned by Bruce Wayne! However, The Penguin escapes them and goes on a wild, unpredictable crime spree. Or is it unpredictable?

    Notes:

    • The cover is a homage of the cover of Batman #9.
