Maintaining the tone Ed Brubaker and Scott McDaniel have set on this book, this is another solid read.  With the events of issue #582-583 (Fearless), The Penguin and Batman (Bruce Wayne) pair off emotionally.  Bruce attacks the businessman life style of The Penguin.  Bruce takes it personally where even Jim Gordan notices... this change in plan works out nicely since Batman kind of screws The Penguin twice by the end of this comic.  It is a solid read.
