This is a great concept of for a comic. Make the primary narration about making a Batman documentary movie. Ed Brubaker does a great balance of presenting the Batman we know and love, but also maintaining the reasons why Batman have to be an Urban Legend.     Scott McDaniel does a wonderful job with the art.  My only problem was on page 12 where there was a newspaper and instead of it really saying anything it was random letters.  This could be Brubaker being to lazy to write a short script ...
