A Perfect Ending to a Near Perfect Story Arc. 0
+'s -Batman defeats the Riddler purely through wits.-Every emotional beat strikes the right chord, with every character arc rounding off perfectly.-Just when you are happy at the everything is awesome feeling, the issue puts you in your place, with a mildly sad event, which truly gives birth to the Batman, someone who we may think can never be happy, doing what he's doing, but who knows that he can never be happier than he is doing what he's doing.-While lighting the Bat-Signal was an emotional...

Batman #33 Review - Zero Year Comes To A Close 2
First off, all I have to say is thank God, Zero Year is FINALLY over. Don't get me wrong, I've loved Zero Year a lot, but at some point, as pretty much everyone has pointed out by now, it got to where it was dragging on a lot and we were like "Ugh, this is so good, but can we get to the end already?!" And I know, that might sound like I'm contradicting myself, but that's how I feel. This story-line has lasted for 13 months. Now, it's had a great three-arc structure, and I'm glad that it ultimate...

Stunning Way To End It All! 0
I've been fallowing Zero year from the beginning and it's been one hell of a story line. The art work that Greg Capullo did was out standing, the writing style that Scott Snyder has is more than complementary and every page had me in suspense. The dynamic between characters such as The Riddler and The Batman was phenomenon as they engaged in a battle of wits, between Alfred and Bruce as you get to see a bit behind the curtain as to how crazy Bruce really is. Everything about the story line was ...

Suck it Nolan ! 0
If I was Batman? Gotham would have been completely screwed, because I couldn't guess any of those riddles! The final stand of between Batman and the Riddler was incredibly tense, so riddle me this, reader... the scene was so tense, it could be cut by me ...what am I? A Blade ! I know, you're thinking to yourself, isn't the answer Knife? Well, it's not and you would have doomed Gotham just as I would. Thanks Bro. I always love when villains set traps, and the more elaborate the better. Leave it t...

Rrrridle me this 0
The conclusion to Zero Year is here and as many of you know I haven't been a fan of this story arc from the beginning of it but for the last few issues things have been heating up. I mean things looked like there actually was some threat not just big talks from Snyder and in the end I really started liking his Eddie Nigma a.k.a the Riddler. He had that vibe that made him into a good villain who at the same time doesn't shine and pretend to be that big as many of the others like Two-Face,Penguin...

Gone but not forgotten 0
Zero Year is over with a great conclusion. I personally found this look back into batman's early beginning and now looking forward to getting back into batman's current story arc. I loved Zero Year and recommend anyone who has not read these issues to pick up the trade paperback when they are available. ...

End game. 0
My review for, Batman #32. Batman and Riddler face off one last time! The GoodA battle of wits!In this issue, Batman and Riddler face off, in a battle of wits! With Gotham City hanging in the balance, Batman has to outsmart the Riddler, before missiles bring Gotham to an end! This is the last issue of the Zero Yearstory arc by writer Scott Snyder, and I believe that he did a great job with testing Batman mentally. I enjoyed seeing Scott Snyder really push Batman, and make him realize that, he won...
