      The lights are off in Gotham and it's Batman's job to turn them back on! 0

      The Riddler made his big debut last issue threatening Gotham and turning off it's lights; ultimately causing wide panic and chaos. Now, Batman is on a mission to find Riddler and restore a small percentage of peace in the city. The GoodComing off of the Red Hood story arc, it's good we have two things going on at once.
