    Rotting Face

The Good: Joker is rolling high and the bats is going have LONG night in the Arkham ! Greg Capullo is doing great work but you already knew that , The court that the joker picked and the roles they played pretty much sums up batman rouge gallery. I mean if this was based off in Medieval times this is what it would look like. Theres not alot of action here mostly a well explained set up issue. I hope batman can repeal electric shocks! The Justice League make a unusual apperance. Laughed really hard at Wonder Woman. I aslo loved how joker face is getting worst!

The bad: My problem here was the dialogue felt like novel. I like novels and i like like comic books ,here i like them separate. Not whole lot of action in this issue, Im expecting a bunch of action in issue 17! Also the back up was my favorite part of this issue. Don't think that should happen right? The joker shows why two-face is low life gangster at this point. Some character damage to two face? Also if your bigs fans of the Penguin, Scarecrow,Riddler and Two-Face this issue wasn't very flattering for them. Joker really steam rolls them and quite easily.

Verdict: Good issue , Scott has a tendency of too much dialogue in one comic. You should definitely get this though. I think its important piece to the end of this arch!

He eventually gets to Joker, who is with Penguin, Riddler, and Two-Face, who ...

Luckily, not only does this issue deliver, but it ex...
