    This episode is a faithful adaptation of Detective Comics #346 - Batman's Inescapable Doom-Trap, featuring mad-master builder Eivol Ekdal and stage magician Carnado. Hapless, down-on-his luck Carnado is ditched in favor of Anne Baxter as Zelda the Great! Baxter's Zelda is landmark as the First, Original, Female Bat-villain.
