    Adapting 1959's Batman #121 - The Ice Crimes of Mr. Zero, George Sanders, who is best remembered as Leslie Charteris' Simon Templar, The Saint in the '30's and '40's, and was the voice Shere Khan in 1967's The Jungle Book. Mr. Zero is updated here to Dr. Schimmel/Schievel, Mr. Freeze.Freeze makes his appearance stealing the ice from a skating rink on a hot July afternoon! Melting it with a flame thrower! A motorcycle patrolman gives chase; and Freeze stops him cold by icing the street. Word gets...
