    Just as The Joker is about to unmask Batman and Robin on live television, Batman uses a capsule from his World Famous Utility Belt to set off the sprinkler system! The Joker counters with a smoke pellet from his utility belt and makes his getaway. He escapes up into the rafters where he tries to sandbag Batman.
