Case of the EX
Summary
Steph is training in the old Batcave when Tim comes in they talk for a bit before all communication in go down. Tim decides to take charge and leaves Steph behind. She tags along while Babs and her new detective suitor have a “date” they then realize that all communications are down so they both scramble off to duty. Babs gets a note from Steph about the situation and she decides to try something outside the box.
Tim and Steph beat up some ninja and rush to the aid of the bat family Dr. They change into civvies and manage to warn her and Luscious of the impending attack from the league. They fend off the attackers and meet up with Babs suitor after she has supergirl disable Ras “scrambler satellite”.
They change back into action gear and bond reminiscing about old times when Pru from the League of assassins shows up.
The Good:
Adequate story centered on Red Robin from the point of view of his ex. It was just a nice to see them back together but not “backtogether” lol, two characters I really like that play very well off each other. Art was also adequate.
The Bad:
I don’t think we needed a whole issue dedicated to this……I’m just saying it felt kind of Dragged out is all.
