During the day, Barbara Gordon has to deal with the emotional fallout of the return of a key figure from her most painful memories, while at night, high above Gotham City's streets, Batgirl and Batman face the deadly Gretel, a damaged woman with the lethal ability to control men's minds!

Like most people, I've been loving Gaile Simones run on Batgirl, and I think she has a great handle on the character and is doing a great job introducing us to her. That said, this issue just gave me little reaction except just... meh. It's certainly not bad, in fact it is a pretty good issue. It's just some parts really dragged it down in my eyes and made it kind of annoying at some parts.First, the good.
