    Overview

First issue by award-winning new regular writer Dylan Horrocks (HUNTER: THE AGE OF MAGIC, Hicksville)! Also making their BATGIRL debut are Planet of the Apes artist Adrian Sibar and SUPERMAN inker Andy Owens! A mysterious metahuman called Black Wind has turned Batgirl's world upside down. Not only is he more than a match for Batgirl on the battlefield, but he also seems to have swept her off her proverbial feet. The only solution, as Babs sees it, is a cruise. But when Black Wind and another familiar metahuman show up on the same ship, Cassandra's vacation takes a turn for the worse!

    Spoilers

Batgirl encounters the Black Wind, leader of a rebel group from Tarakstan, in Gotham. When Oracle persuades Batman that Batgirl really needs a break away from Gotham, the two ladies go on a cruise. Oddly enough, they soon discover that Superboy is aboard the boat, as is Vilom Namali, a Taraksanian businessman assumed to have been Black Wind's target in Gotham.
