The assimilation of the White Blob gains speed as its newest minion emerges from the sea to spread the scourge like a virus. Young Victor falls under Bartholomew's influence while his widowed mother is courted by the blob's sinister congragation. Kevin's home becomes a battleground as the forces of the blob encounter the horrific fury of Bartholomew's Scissor Swarm. Meanwhile, the only Fire Doppleganger can save paranormal investigators Jessica and Gordon from their first encounter with the blob's blood-sucking tentacles!
