Bartholomew "Bart" Allen II is a fictional character in the DC Comics Universe. He originally went by the code name Impulse and later became the second Kid Flash, before becoming the fourth Flash.

Teen Titans

Bart Allen (Impulse/Kid Flash/Flash) joined the Teen Titans after Young Justice, of which he was a member disbanded and became a member of the Titans in The New Titans #0 (1994). He disappeared during the Infinite Crisis only to return, having aged. He suffered an untimely demise in Flash: Fastest Man Alive #13.

Young Justice

The Young Justice was a super group in the DC Universe that filled the gap of the Teen Titans when they became a group called simply Titans. Both groups eventually disbanded forming a new Teen Titans.
