When Wally broke his legs, he was confined in a wheelchair temporarily. He briefly mentioned he can move super speed overtaking a car on his wheel chair, but his parts fall off when this happens.

If he can somehow give some of his speed force powers to the bike then probably but if he just paddles fast then it will probably get broken.

I doubt the bike would be able to maneuver at such high speeds.

The tires would catch on fire and explode.....
