So the first episode of the Flash has been leaked. And this is a place to discuss it. For those who don't want anything ruined before the October 7th premiere then don't view this thread. Otherwise have fun.

Personally I thought it was excellent. The references to all sorts of members of the Rogues Gallery was great. The effects for his super speed were pretty darn good, especially for a CW show. The reveal at the end blew my mind and the Stephen Amell Arrow crossover scene was excellent. All I can say is "cool"

I'm thinking he will turn out to be a bad guy. I got that vibe throughout the episode. Or maybe that's not his real name and he's actually a Flash rogue that's been using a pseudonym in order to create the metahuman population through the particle accelerator and his knowledge of the future.

I just recently watched the leaked pilot and have to say, I don't like how countless people are going to know who'll be the flash. Also, one of the great things about Barry is that he's very well versed in science, enough to make gadgets that help him run at those speeds and take advantages of speed force through his understanding of physics, but in the pilot, they seemed to ignore that "a lot" in my opinion. Well, it's only one episode, but please don't do what Nolan did to Bruce, when his detective skills were hardly noticeable if non-existent.

Hate that so many people know he's the Flash just like I hate it in Arrow.

The whole end of the trailer basically heavily alluded at the fact that he is Eobard Thawne.

I really enjoyed it. I liked the tone, the actors, the pacing and the special effects. I'm hooked!

His name is Eddie Thawne though, so there is actually a possibility to simply make him an ancestor to Professor Zoom. One of many possible things they can do.

I wonder if they made him powerful enough
