Barracuda is a mercenary for hire that is always playing his clients to his own advantage.
Barracuda is a canabalistic, evil merc with an insane sense of humor. He grew up in Detroit and was involved in street crime. He fought in Vietnam and later used his weapons expertise and mean streak to become a killer for hire. His most famous enemy is Frank Castle, The Punisher. Barracuda lost his four fingers on his right hand, and his right eye in a fight with the Punisher. Castle left him to die in shark infested waters, but it seems he survived as seen in the Punisher Presents: Barracuda mini series. But later he was really killed by the punisher in their final fight.Garth Ennis has said his biggest influence on the character was the Nick Cave song "Stagger Lee".
Barracuda's weapons of choice are : M60 machine gun, mini uzi, a pair of Ka Bar combat knifes, and frag grenades.
