The guard dog that Foghorn Leghorn is always hassling.
Barnyard Dawg is a guard dog who is constantly being bothered by Foghorn Leghorn. He is always fighting with him although he usually looses. Some of his victories occur when a little chicken hawk comes to get the much larger Foghorn. Foghorn tries to trick it into eating Barnyard Dawg, but the dog ends up getting it to take Foghorn. Most of his fights with Foghorn begin while he is sleeping and Foghorn gets a piece of wood and smacks Barnyard Dawg while he sleeps.
