Barney Bushkin was the editor of the Daily Globe. He first appeared in "Amazing Spider-Man" vol. 1 #27 (August, 1965). He occassionaly bought pictures from freelance photographer Peter Parker (Spider-Man). Peter considered him too nosy for his tastes.
