this is exactly how I thought Christopher Nolan's bane would look like and bane for the modern age and I think very realistic.

To me Bane is a combination of strength power and domination. But also the idea of him is scary and he should look the part. This is a great interpenetration of the character. He looks like he has been restrained but also like he is only a moment from lashing out. There also looks like there is more going on in his head than just him being a brawler villain.
I think it looks better. I mean, in 1997's Batman & Robin, Bane had that one mask on his face and the one Nolan has for Bane, it looks better. We can actually see his eyes. Of course Bane has to look scary, he is scary in the comics......er right?
Bane: "Break the bat! Break you! Break the bat!"
I like it a lot. But then i kind of feel he should be a little biggerThis might be before he uses venom.
Bane in the comics looks like a pro-wrestler, and while that look works in the comics it doesn't really fit into the real world feel of Nolan's films.
my god Hardy is a beast. I just saw the trailer for Warrior and he is just plain ripped. I can't wait.
He looks like Mortal Kombat character, still cool thoughOmg, he does. I'd prefer the luchador mask, but this is still intimidating and fits well with in the universe that Nolan created, so I approve. I'm just worried he won't get as big as he does in the comics, in order to preserve "realism".
I don't like it at all. The casting is wrong. Bane is supposed to have a Mexican wrestler / Medellín Drug Cartel feel to him. This looks more like Hannibal Lecter the early years.
