Bane is the result of an experiment or mutation, after receiving the "Venom Drug", the body can not be the same never...
Character » Bane appears in 408 issues.
I think Bane is still human. Venom is basically comic book steroids.
Human, venom is just a strong version of steroids or a drug..so he can be considered a really strong crack head

Bane has anti-aging factor? (slow aging) and longevity? (living 300 years or more) with the venom drug.. Captain America aging slowly, due to the super-soldier serum..
@serum: I don't quite understand what you mean. However if those are questions Bane has neither an anti-aging factor or longevity. The Venom drug does not work the same way as the Super-soldier serum and only boosts strength.

the venom drug is similar to steroids in real life? .. gives strength but with a temporary effect? I can not believe.. then it is like Ivan Drago (Rocky IV), the Russian giant who injected steroids, and obtained great strength..
He's an enhanced human. Remove the drug, he loses his strength. It's the same idea as having a super suit. Same results, different method. Without the game-changer, he's still just a man.
@serum: The Venom drug does indeed share some surface similarities with real steroids. It provides great strength but only while the drug is being used and it is highly addictive.
I would say superhuman because he is not a mutant. He is using a serum to become stronger.
Enhanced Human normally and low meta on venom.

How much do even know about the characters?this and the Deadpool give thread leave me with the impression that you've only read wiki's.

@entropy_aegis: So i take it deadpool is ever harder to deal with than the hulk as far as hard to kill goes?
It's just a plot device, writers don't have to worry about explaining how Deadpool survives. He can be beaten.

That's not how steroids work...
True. Steroids result in an increase in the production of proteins, which makes muscle growth easier and they also promote cells to differentiate into muscles instead of fat more readily.
However from a purely superficial view i.e. people who don't know how steroids work. They cause you to gain muscle mass and strength, which is basically the same as Venom (obviously with Steroids you still have to work out, where as the effects of venom are basically instantaneous. But comic books don't always rely on real world science).
