Fallen Lantern of the planet Aegri Somnia One. Edit

Ayria was the Green Lantern of Aegri Somnia One. The three worlds of the Aegri Somnia system were in a continuous state of war. Ayria believed that the only way of bringing order to his system was to rule it by force.

The second planet in the Aegri system, AS2, immediately complied with Ayria's requests, as they viewed him as a god. However the third planet, AS3, opposed the Green Lanterns tyranny and began painting their ships yellow to combat Ayria. When Ayria's top general, his brother, expressed his staff's worries, Ayria had the general staff executed as a message to his other followers.

The Lantern Starforce was winning the war on AS3, thanks to Ayria's strategies. He poisoned the planet by creating weapons factories and drove the population into concentration camps. Their wills were torn from them to feed Ayria's power battery. Resistance was growing on AS2.

Ayria gradually became a monster, he poisoned AS3 ecosystem with endless weapons factories, killed hundreds of thousands so their willpower could fuel his battery, and set up concentration camps of his oppressed people. Most villainous, Ayria demanded a steady stream of women brought to him from the slave pits, to satisfy his desires.

What Ayria did not realize is that the slave girl Selaya was secretly a member of the AS3 resistance.

One evening, while Ayria slept, she sneaked into his room and stole his power ring.

Ayria was furious and ordered mass executions. Selaya died with the ring on her person and was thrown into a mass grave. Ayria never gave up his search for his ring. As he walked through the fields of the dead, his power battery came into contact with Selaya and the ring.

With the battery overcharged with the combined willpower of thousands of Ayria's victims, the emerald energy was released in a wave and reanimated the thousands of corpses with Ayria's mass grave.

A reanimated Selaya led the living dead in their final revolt and dragged Ayria down. The tyrant was ripped apart by the zombies. With Ayra destroyed, Selaya and her people rested in peace.
