Comic Review -- AvX VS #2 / Kieron Gillen, Steve McNiven, John De 0

Originally posted on my blog, The Comics Cove, not too long ago...I like the illustrations on this cover. Colossus looks out of his mind with rage as swings at a nimble and no-doubt quippy Spider-Man, while Gambit and Captain America both look like serious business as they struggle against one another. While I'm not crazy about the large title in the center of the cover, it does make for a nice divider. Not bad.These two match-ups go a little more in line with what I expected in terms of an outc...

Fight! Fight! Fight! 0

This is the second issue of the six issue limited series avx vs which is basically a fight book tying in with the main story arc. This issue shows the fight with Captain america and Gambit and the fight between Spiderman and colossus.The cover for this is very good the art is great I'm not a fan of the massive logo but I can't really complain. The story for the first part is very good and for once has a clear victor. The second bit is just as good until it reaches the end which is rather dissapo...
